Shawnna is one of Dr. Pyle’s assistants and the office manager here at Mountaineer Dental. She has been with us since 2021. Shawnna is a 2012 graduate from Philip Barbour High School. Following high school, she earned her associates degree in dental assisting at WVJC and graduated in 2013. Shawnna has kept her skills sharp by practicing in the dental field since completing her degree. During her time as a dental assistant, she has obtained certifications in expanded duties, nitrous oxide monitoring, and coronal polishing. Her friendly, helpful attitude along with her dental knowledge and skills is key for her being able to provide every patient with a great experience while at our office.
